As a psychologist, I help people find their way. Most people seek help from me to guide them through personal growth, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Through taking the time to get to know people, I have learned that they have a natural ability to improve their quality of life and that therapists are there to help facilitate that process. The majority of my background is working with a broad array of adult concerns: individually, in a couple, or in a group. I also perform psychological testing with adults.
I believe the most helpful psychotherapy includes a genuine human connection balanced with the artful science of research-proven psychology. My approach to therapy has been described as affirming, interactive, and practical, so that you make choices that are best for you in the long run.
I have a particular interest in helping people integrate the seemingly contradictory parts of themselves in a non-judgmental way. That may include finding a helpful perspective on your relationships, family, work, spirituality, sexuality, and cultural influences.
